Stefan Muller

Stefan Müller (born 15 March 1962 in

German mathematician and currently a professor at the University of Bonn. He has been one of the founding directors of the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in the Sciences
in 1996 and was acting there until 2008.

He is well known for his research in

material science
and problems involving microstructures.
