Strasburg Express
The Strasburg Express are a
Fauquier Gators.[2] The Express have won three Valley League championships, in 2015,[3] 2016, and 2021. Following the 2016 championship, the team was ranked 8th in the nation among collegiate summer teams.[4] The team's current coach is George Laase, who joined the team for the 2020 season, but after COVID-19 wiped out the season, returned in 2021. A previous manager includes former New York Yankees third baseman Charlie Hayes, who managed the team in 2016 after serving as the director of scouting the year before.[5][6]
