Date Issues

Is it just me or is it a bit hard to have a Friday the 21st and Monday the 27th in the same month in the same year?

"Although a problem was first detected on Friday, July 21, health and water authorities put off meeting to discuss notifying the public on Monday, 27 July, despite the apparently higher contamination results over the weekend."

Pipe Head

This is a new term for me. Should this be a definitive 'Pipe Head' or a perjorative(?) 'the pipe head' ? It's here, from the reference in the pdf, and I can google it but this is now my new link between the old lower canal and Potts Hill reservoir Dave Rave (talk) 12:07, 1 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
