Hi I see you have removed my add to 1 SAI under notable commanders. Commandant is historically significant. He is one of the initiators of Mechanised Infantry of which 1 SAI was the first. He is also the first commander of 61 Mech the unit which eventually operationalised the theory taught at 1 SAI. Your removal makes no sense whatsoever.

@Caracal Rooikat:Please see the comment on 22 March 2017 on the - 1 South African Infantry Battalion: Revisions history page. Somehow I doubt he is still in command of 1 SAI. Place his name under the notable commanders. Regards Paul. Conlinp (talk) 10:01, 4 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
