Disagree. Under the modular unit structure since 2004, BCTs are the basic building block of the US Army. I'm working on creating articles for all the BCTs- eventually, I'll get the 4th BCT, 1st CAV created, too.82redleg (talk) 16:08, 25 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I served in 1ABCT, 1ID from 2011-2014. I know some of the unit history and lineage. I may be able to help with this article. I am currently working on updating some other unit history pages and will return to this one in the future.
