Is it possible to create a meta template for Llais Ceredigion and Non Party Independents (i.e candidates who are not members of a party and don't carry a party description on the ballot paper). As Llais Ceredigion were described in some media outlets as Independent Plaid Cymru, could I suggest a combination of the Independent and Plaid Cymru colours and for the Non Party Independents a darker version of the Independent colours. I've just redone the percentages, but since discovered that the number of votes don't seem to be correct either. I'm taking all my info straight from the council website, and using a calculator.
