Alright, getting on with it:

• "The other Formula Three series champions featured in the entry list was" champion, since there's only one more name listed.
• "runner-up Roldán Rodríguez, Five Macanese drivers" This is two different sentences, so . not , .
• "but the threat of rain never came" The threat of rain came, the actual rain did not, I presume? Needs a rephrase.
• " and deranged his car's front-right suspension." Deranged? Or damaged?
• "Conway thought about passing Tsukakoshi but decided not to." Thought about? Do we have a source for his thinking? I think you mean something similar but slightly different here.
• IS willing a qualification race really an official F3 victory? Got a source that states that?
• Rodolfo Ávila or Avila? Be consistent.
• "on his first try at overtaking him for third during the twelfth lap and was successful." It's only his first try if he needed a second one...
• "The attrition rate was low with five of the thirty-two entrants finishing the race" Are we missing a "not" here somewhere?
