I think that article is so neutral that is neither incluiding positive nor negative comments about the event. I think (I may be wrong) that article is just listing general info about the event without the opinion of the one that included that info. As a matter of fact article doesnt include anything about cost, controversies etc.. but that doesnt means that article is not neutral, thats just meas that article is incomplete.
