Article has conflicting information. I could not determine which is correct: Nov 7 or Nov 17?

Parliamentary elections are scheduled to be held in Belarus on 17 November 2019.^[1]

- This source does not say specific day.

The date was changed by Nightstallion without changing the source. I found sources stating that the CEC suggested 17 November, but none that it had been agreed by Lukashenko. Nightstallion, do you have a definitive source? Number 5 7 16:10, 8 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
