I noticed that the second wave of nominations for the web stars haven’t been added. I wasn't sure if there is a reason for this. I noticed some of the second wave music categories added but not for the digital categories. Can anyone explain?

It seems sources are claiming different winners for some categories. The Hollywood Reporter and People have Billie Eilish as the winner for "Choice Female Artist", but Billboard has Lauren Jauregui. For "Choice R&B/Hip-Hop Artist", THR and People have Cardi B but Billboard has Normani. For "Choice Pop Song", THR and People have "thank u, next" but Billboard has "Dancing With A Stranger". Listen whatever you think you saw, it's not right. Don't look on the Billboard website. They make mistakes and it's not reliable. Look on the fox website and they'll show you the real winners.
