There are several tags for "citation needed" for content which IMHO following Wikipedia policies should not need citation or evidence is included in the links already provided.
Keeping the tags may result in further proposals to delete the article by bots or people without interest in the topic.
It is no problem to add further content, however, the links will provide plenty further information.
It should be possible to find "2mm scale" in Wikipedia.
The models built in 2mm scale definitely are not to be considered as toys.
"Low importance" is something very relative.
