Issues with presentation of article

Hi there folks,

There are problems with the intro section of this page. It appears as if the intro and key facts that are typically contained in a summary box to the immediate right are merged and in disarray, showing the marks that are found in the backend of the page. I don't possess the acumen to fix it. Can anyone else take a shot? The article is otherwise very hard to read.
