Opinions on Corruption at AICTE have been removed. Cited links about the matter are questionable.

Neutrality of article

The text dealing with controversies seems to not be totally unbiased - "People in AICTE are most corrupt." - this and others around it in the text don't seem very encyclopaedic to me.

Yes, the section on controversies is heavily biased and presently it constitutes the major chunk of the article. A few sentences about controversies may be appropriate, but not in present form. Sentence rewrite

Does anyone have any idea what this sentence from the Approved colleges was intended to say? It seems like there is probably some valid information here, but it's not explained in a way that I can even guess how to rewrite it to be grammatically correct.

"All the major Engineering, The prominent exceptions are B. Tech. courses from Indian Institute of Technology (IITs), BITS Pilani, SRM Chennai."
