Importance?

I've been going through and checking every article's assessment, and I'm not quite sure which level of the WP:ESC importance scale this falls under. It's not as high-level and high-value as the similar

Congratulations (Eurovision), but it's not like it doesn't matter. I'm leaving it mid since it can technically be construed as an extension of the rule for "one year of Melodifestivalen", but this event definitely falls in a gray area. —烏Γ ^(kaw), 07:24, 19 August 2015 (UTC)[reply
