I do not think this article should be merged with Lay apostolate. Apostolates are not exclusive to the laity and encompasses the broader apostolic mission of the Church.Trapper (talk) 15:41, 10 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Agree, Apostolates is a much broader topic that also applies to religious institutes. Removed old Merge tag.
