Article name

The name should be in lowercase, I think, because it's not a proper name, per Wikipedia:Article titles.--PinkBull 14:51, 8 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article name represents an acronym, which usually capitalizes the initial letters, which conflicts with the Wikipedia standard for lower-case letters in article names. I don't know how the Wikipedia standard handles that. Obankston (talk) 16:44, 25 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
