Name

Who decided to call this "far North" and not "Arctic?" I'm fairly certain Arctic is a much more common term for this region.

Considering the fact that Alaska is not in the Arctic at all, why is it called this? It should be "North" not "Arctic". The Arctic is ocean water only.Presidentbalut (talk) 18:33, 12 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
