Possible Discontinuity?

I'm watching this episode on youtube right now. (ref yYqtLFUJzyk) From what I saw, in the future BLT (B'Elanna Torres) is dead and Tom Paris is Kes's husband. Then she is at a luau where BLT is alive and smooching tom. Next she's on board Voyager when the Kremin attack and an exploding console kills BLT and Janeway. So what gives? Did she jump FORWARD in time before she jumped backward again? Also, if she talks to everyone about biotemporal chambers in the past, why don't they remember in the future?

You're thinking of two scenes as two different time periods. Here's what happened: There was a scene with Tom, B'Elanna, and Kes in the holodeck. Janeway called them to the bridge. B'Elanna and Janeway were working at a consol when an explosion occurred killing them both. This happened in one time period. The two scenes you described were in one time period. Regarding your second question about biotemporal chambers, each of her jumps altered the future she was in. One jump had no effect on the other jumps.
