During the 1978 Word Cup, River Plate's and Vélez Sarsfield's stadiums were the two used venues in Buenos Aires. (And Mar del Plata, Cordoba, Rosario and one or two more). Why isn't this club among the big ones, in Argentina ? And hasn't Rosario a "big club" ? I remember that the Argentina vs Brazil second stage match, was played at Rosario.
