Letting others know that following recent changes to the article, I swept in behind and removed some unsourced information and an invalid ref. The two remaining sources in the article do not support even half of what's still in the current History section. If sources are not found and cited within a reasonable time, more will be trimmed (a lot more). --GoneIn60 (talk) 23:30, 6 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Respectfully, you clearly FAILED to read all the citations. Your reversal of my edit constitutes VANDALISM - because my edit WAS correctly sourced, and was factually correct.

Furthermore, your comment on my talk page was totally out of context. Black Hole is a REMOVED ride. The TPR citation, and the other citations you REMOVED without justification was contemporary with THE TIME Black Hole was operating. The citations you removed are absolutely valid as reliable sources, probably more reliable, and accurate than the Roller Coaster DataBase - which is littered with factual errors. 78.32.143.113 (talk) 06:42, 7 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism? I'm not sure you understand the meaning of that term. I didn't remove "citations", I removed one citation, this one. Aside from poor spelling and grammar, this Theme Park Junkies website was a self-published, enthusiast site which violates

WP:USERG. As for RCDB, the source is considered reliable by Wikipedia's standards, has its own Wikipedia article here, and is often cited by major publications. Agreed. That TPR site is a mess. Anything with that many grammatical errors cannot be considered reliable. Black Hole's opening is well documented on multiple sites, all of which indicate that it officially opened for the 1984 season with a soft-opening in 1983. Dinosaur Land was still on that site in 1982 so it certainly did not open then.—JlACEer (talk) 22:10, 7 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
