Terrain map

The contrast on this map (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Wpdms_nasa_topo_blue_mountains.jpg, "The Blue Mountains") is not great enough in my opinion. The location of the Blue Mountains needs to stand out more. (I realize there are many maps like this one, including one for the Wind River mountains in Wyoming.) All of these maps need to be changed so they are easier to see. --AJH (talk) 21:18, 9 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Highest mountain

What about Rock Creek Butte as the highest point in the Blue Mountains? --Obersachse (talk) 18:32, 29 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

At 9,106 feet, it is slightly lower than the 9,108 foot Elkhorn Mountains already listed in the article... Hostager 03:46, 30 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Though after a bit of map study, it would appear that Rock Creek Butte is a peak in the Elkhorn Mountains, and might indeed be the peak referred to, seeing as there's only 2 feet difference. Hostager 05:34, 30 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
