Say WHAT??? It was the place of one of the primary maintenance and repair workshops for the railroad from just a year after the town was connected, the workshop then remaining for over a century. Much of the time being by far the primary source of employment in the city.

Anyone who wants to dispute anything i write is welcome to check out the sources on the upper floor of the museum in Bollnäs. Its a bit hard to make proper references to offline sources that are not part of books. Some material can be found at http://www.bollnas.se
