Proposed merge with
Shipping fever

Proposal to merge
Shipping fever into Bovine respiratory disease appears to have raised no objections (and had a single additional supporter) after nearly a month, and can therefore go forward. Kiwi128 (talk) 21:13, 22 March 2018 (UTC)[reply

"

Shipping fever" is a synonym/common name for "Bovine respiratory disease", and having its own article is unhelpful, as it does not partition content in a sensible fashion. The Bovine respiratory disease article is larger, more developed, and is under a more formal name, so it makes sense to merge into that article, rather than into the "shipping fever" article. Agree to the merge for the reasons stated, and per
WP:NCMED, the resulting page should keep the more scientific name of bovine respiratory disease. DferDaisy (talk) 02:20, 26 February 2018 (UTC)[reply
