The census data seems questionable; does the census even measure ancestry on a local level? I did a cursory search and couldn't find anything. Sounds plausible, but not verified. --John of New Yawk 07:48, 13 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

not sure where these come from but this is what i found.... http://www.bestplaces.net/zip-code/Breezy_Point_NY-71169700000.aspx Cherokee40 (talk) 02:04, 26 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The population is unbelievably alcoholic. I walked into the the firehouse to try to report a stricken bird, and I found that the entire back of the firehouse was a bar.--74.88.154.102 (talk) 04:29, 19 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
are you effing serious? Who are you to judge peoples habits? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.171.33.38 (talk) 03:06, 27 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Many volunteer fire houses have a hall and bar. This enables the fire house to host functions for volunteer fire fighters and their families. Just because a fire house has a bar, it does not in any way reflect the habits of the general populace. Please refrain from posting unsubstantiated claims on the discussion page. Vandalism

Many of the current figures on the page are incorrect. Population percentages add up to over 100%, notable residents include "Carrot Ass", and a number of facts have been either blanked or changed. Unfortunately, it looks like in between the vandalism edits, there have also been a number of good faith edits. Sorting out this mess will take more time than I have to spend on it. Can whoever is watching this place please help and go through the dozen most recent edits or so and separate out the vandalism from the good edits? — Eric Herboso 02:22, 16 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I removed the contradict tag and restored an earlier version. Gobonobo T C 03:00, 16 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
