Who Actually Published This Book?

The Jeff Chang article says St. Martin's, this article cites Picador, and Google books says Macmillan. Anyone own a copy who can check on this? Tiger Khan (talk) 03:29, 17 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Macmillan owns St. Martin's Press, Picador is an imprint of St. Martin's, so they're all correct. The copyright page of the book says St. Martin's Press. dissolvetalk 04:08, 4 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
