Progress of Pitre justice

Hello

I’m in progress, sorry. I’m getting to it. Guay was angry about Pitre being a snitch and told the authorities the truth. Lightiggy (talk) 15:40, 11 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Lightiggy: Let me go through the flow of the current Arrests, trials, and executions section with you.
Okay so after the first paragraph, she (Pitre) appears to have gotten away with it.
After the second paragraph, Guay is executed and dead.
The third paragraph starts with Ruest and Pitre maintaining their innocence. But suddenly Guay appears again, even though he's already been executed, to basically kill off his co-conspirators. Shouldn't this sentence appear before the one where he is executed? And where does it say "Guay was angry about Pitre being a snitch"? Does the snitching refer to At the hospital, she told police that Guay had handed her the parcel, saying it was a bomb, and then encouraged her to commit suicide by saying she would be blamed? But why was Pitre and not Guay arrested in the first place, or why else did she attempt suicide? Would Guay have walked had Pitre not "snitched"?
Okay, moving on. You say In it, Guay claimed Ruest and Pitre had knowingly aided him in the bombing. As a result, Ruest was arrested on 6 June 1950. But wasn't Pitre's arrest (on the 14th) also a result of Guay's document?
So in summary: I would have liked Guay to send his document before the text reports on his execution, so a careless reader doesn't think the document was sent posthumously. I also would like more clarity on the order in which the trio were arrested, and in which order they ensured the others didn't get away with it.
Since I don't have sources at your level of detail, I hesitate to copyedit the section myself, at least not without your feedback first. Cheers
