- It's not a legal term as such, in the same way "welfare recipients" is not a legal term in English. Obtaining a verifiable source should not be too difficult. The term is recorded in various older encyclopaedias for instance. I'll add an example citation to article. Donama (talk) 22:38, 11 January 2011 (UTC)
