The estimated cost part of the article is interestingly being edited by a set of users. Both the parties are using exorbitant numbers. https://thelogicalindian.com/fact-check/central-vista-project-25377?infinitescroll=1 per this, the overall cost is around Rs. 20,000 Crore and the annual spendings will be around 1000 crore a year. I wanted to discuss this before editing. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs released this document (https://www.scribd.com/document/510754327/Myths-and-Realities-about-the-Central-Vista-Project#download&from_embed) talking about "myths" of the project and their "realities".
