@SangrurUser: Thanks for communicating. I believe we should only mention the countries where production houses are located. There are a lot of Indian films which are shot abroad for a significant amount of time but doesn't mention those countries e.g. Shivaay. As per Template:Infobox film, I'd call the "country" parameter as "country(s) of production".
