King or Lord
I note that the obverse of the forthcoming 50p coin will bear the image of Charles III, and the inscription "KING CHARLES III ISLE OF MAN 2023" (see [1]). Is it usual for Manx coins to carry the title "King" or "Queen", and have they ever used "Lord of Mann"? And, if there is a rationale, why? -- Verbarson talkedits 13:31, 22 February 2023 (UTC)
