Southpark Basis
The South Park show was said to have been based partially upon this town in the season 1 episode 3 commentary (Volcano).

Como was not established during the 1859 Pikes Peak Gold Rush. Nearby Tarryall was established as the first mining camp and one of the first communities (later a ghost town by 1870) on Tarryall Creek. Como was established after 1879 when the railroad arrived in South Park. ```` — Preceding unsigned comment added by Polar2blue (talk • contribs) 21:28, 12 July 2011 (UTC)
