None of the bars listed in the second paragraph are in Cooper-Young. Cooper-Young's boundaries are East Parkway (E), Central (N), Southern (S), and McLean (W). Not all Midtown is Cooper-Young! (posted unsigned by 24.92.138.63, 26 June, 2006)

Maybe your concern has been addressed. I don't see the mention of ANY businesses not in Cooper-Young. Please sign your posts, so we'll know when you made your observation.
