There was a mess of seesawing POV in this article: from sounding like it was written by a bunch of local teens to brochure-ware. I've gone through and turned it into a respectably stub. The location information doesn't need any citation since the address is included and I'm sure anyone can simply Google Earth it to confirm it's close to the beach and SLO. --Bobak 22:18, 22 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Not sure it makes sense to square bracket Levin unless someone intends to write an article about him.
