It was brought up in this revision that the use of "you and I" is a grammatical goof. Since the whole phrase is "With you and I defying gravity", then "you and I" is the subject, which makes "and I" correct. You know what, I take that back. The full phrase is "There's no fight we cannot win / Just you and I defying gravity / With you and I defying gravity" So the use of with in this case actually makes the "you and i" phrase objective, which means that, yes, it should actually be "you and me". I am resubmitting in order to avoid making it appear as the dreaded original research. I have a citation for the grammatical principle (the broader idea is that the compound pronoun phrase still uses the same case as a single pronoun would).
