United Kingdom

When it is said that this principle subsists in the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom: there are in fact two jurisdictions in the United Kingdom, that of Scotland and that of England and Wales (which encompasses Northern Ireland, and is generally followed in the overseas territories). Does the principle apply to both? The article should make this clear. Deipnosophista (talk) 19:59, 7 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Subrogation

Should there be some reference to subrogation here? In continental jurisdictions subrogation is allowed for powers of attorney. Everybody got to be somewhere! (talk) 20:42, 12 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
