I reverted this article back to the version that had redlinked players. If the article is only going to contain players with articles, and no other information (ie position, years played), the list becomes a duplication of

This page seems to contain a large amount of names of players that never have played for the Detroit Tigers. They should be removed.Tigersfan1992 13:51, 3 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, it looks as if players that were in the organization, but never played in a game got added to the list. I removed the 2007 instances, but didn't have the heart to go through the entire list. X96lee15 14:18, 3 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Feel free to remove as needed. The info for this list was taken from mlb.com, which isn't always consistent on who they include in their all-time rosters. I've compared this list to the Detroit Tigers players category (and checked all the discrepancies), but that doesn't clear out the red-linked guys, nor does it clear out players who are incorrectly categorized. --Fabrictramp 14:39, 3 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
