The language of the "Present day" section of this article is promotional in tone and IMO violates the WP:NPOV requirement.

It also appears that the article may have been revised by someone on the Dickinson Square West Civic Association board, given that "Dickinson Narrows" redirects here.

But at the very least this section needs to be revised to read more like an encyclopedia article and less like PR. Marketstel (talk) 12:23, 11 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I don't really edit Wikipedia and don't know proper decorum or guidelines, but that entire section feels as though it's trying to sell me real estate in the area instead of telling me what it's like. 69.253.119.18 (talk) 01:29, 15 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
