I don't know what issue is referenced to by "Fix up URL display in refs" (is it wrong for there to be direct URLs in citations?) but I would say the page is up to date. I don't know what was out of date when the issue was added in April but the box sets and issues are all up to date. I would say this page is definitely a candidate to remove the April issue.      Take a look at the references of Walt Disney's Mickey Mouse, these are how they should look to solve the "fix up url display in refs" and also much better over all.
