Does anyone know to which district the outer islands belong? --Lasunncty 16:21, 14 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

• The Outer Islands do not belong to any district. They are - so to say - unincorporated territory Ratzer 20:54, 20 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

• The outer islands, due to increasing amount of tourism in the past couple of years, was given its own tourist office and, sort of speaking, has a "Tourist" mayor which is headquartted in Mahe. This new status, sort of speak, gives them a district title. HonorTheIsland (talk) 23:37, 12 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
