Why is Misaki referred to by family name (Watari) in the plot summary, unlike the other characters?

Wondering, Please, how is it possible that this Japanese made movie is available in Korean & Chinese Language, but not Japanese ?

Hopefully that version is "in the works" ?

The caligraphy in the parking lot, the final scene with Tōko Miura walking to the Saab is Korean, as are the license plates. My question on the final scene is how we know that Miura and Kufuku are not living together or married in Korea? The assumption that she's been gifted the car is unsupported. I also found the final scene hard to interpret

my guess is that Kufuku gave her the car cause he could no longer drive, due to his eye problem

or maybe the car reminded him of his wife
