Australian Outbreak

While its interesting, the detail in this section is starting to move away from the articles subject. Suggest that maybe its better to consider a daughter article as this outbreak is going to continue to develop over the coming weeks. Gnangarra 13:01, 26 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. There has been substantial media coverage in the last 48 hours and it's not going to stop in the near future. Suggest spinning it off into a new article, and possibly create an item for Wikinews. Dbromage [Talk] 00:28, 27 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Wikinews already has one it was created on Saturday, within a couple hour of the travel ban being announced. link in external links of this one. Gnangarra 06:08, 27 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I'll delete the content on the Australian outbreak seeing as no one else has and the general consensus seems to be get rid of it. Someone can always put it back if they think they can better incorporate it, maybe with a section on the history of the disease and the different outbreaks...--Nick90210 08:06, 30 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed move → Equine influenza

It's more scientific sounding. c.f Canine influenza.--ZayZayEM 03:28, 13 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
