Frank Zappa's Eye of Agamotto

There's an LP from Frank Zappa's band which contains a musical piece titled 'Eye of Agamotto'. This musical piece obviously makes reference to the artifact in the Marvel Universe. It is most likely a bootleg as it was never officially recorded, but it's Frank Zappa playing nonetheless. First Appearance?

This article says that the Eye of Agamotto first appeared in Strange Tales #115. But I went on www.marvel.com/universe/Eye of Agamotto , and they said it was first seen in #128. Anyone know which is right? Ichliebezuko (talk) 16:49, 30 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

2 Eyes of Agamotto (article incomplete)

Wasn't there more than one of these? I seem to remember Doom had two of them in Doom 2099.Rickremember (talk) 00:57, 14 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There are actually TWO Eyes of Agamotto (3, if you count the Orb).
The first is Strange's original amulet (usually pictured as square) which he had in his first appearance, and gave to Rintrah along with his blue cloak. It's usually called "The Amulet of Agamotto" to differentiate it from the other.
The second is the one discussed in the article, which first appeared at the end of Strange Tales #127, as seen in this pic:
