Śraddhā according to master Asanga is quite different to what has been explained here. I would like to recommend to use authoritative sources and not to quote from blogs. This Wikipedia entry is really weak and it is also not very clear. In the Indian master Asanga's Abhidharmasammuccaya one finds Shraddha defined as: "it is full and firm conviction with regard to that which exists, serene joy relating to good qualities, and eagerness for capability. - Asanga, although born an Indian was a Buddhist. So his definition as given in Abhidharma Samuccaya is essentially following Buddhist tradition. - Support. Current name is unrecognisable in English. There is little content here but it would make the start of a stub. The article on faith already explicitly has an outline of the term in Buddhist belief, and has a section on Hinduism which also needs work... it's not at all clear what the relationship is between faith and Śraddhā in Hinduism.
