Ultimatum date

The phrasing in the article "In late March Ugandan opposition groups met in Moshi. They elected Yusuf Lule chairman of the Uganda National Liberation Front (UNLF) and established a cabinet.[11] The next day President Muammar Gaddafi of Libya, an ally of Amin, attempted to stem the advance by sending an ultimatum to Nyerere ..." is a bit awkward, as it's not clear which day the "next day" is, with the antecedent only being "late March."

I did a little searching around, and the Moshi Conference seems to have been March 23 or 24 through March 26[1]. Nyerere announced he had received the ultimatum on March 27[2]. With this being the featured article today, I'm not going to try inserting the dates now, but think it would help it read more smoothly, even if the specific dates aren't that important in the larger scheme of things. Changed to "Shortly thereafter" for now. -Indy beetle (talk) 16:49, 10 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Proper noun

I'm not saying it's a vital issue, but the reasons why I amended "Government" to lower case are that a) there were already lowercase usages of the word in the article, in such similar forms as "The successful formation of the UNLF government" and "A new Ugandan government was established by the UNLF", and b) the thoughts expressed in this article, which seem to indicate that at the very least there is no consensus on the subject. @Harfarhs: I don't feel strongly about it either, it's just that whenever this issues shows up at Milhist ACR someone lobbies for it to be capitalised. -Indy beetle (talk) 00:16, 13 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
