Dates

The infobox says the park was closed in 1916, but the text says the fiesta was discontinued after WWI. This conflict needs to be resolved, and the article should also be definitive about the means of the closure. Was the land simply sold? I saw the article on th main page and have the same questions about the later history of the property. The LA Times says "The spot is now a downtown redevelopment area, and was once proposed as the site for a new football stadium. It remained a public space for years."[1] Is that it?
