The Abreu "paragraph"

I put paragraph in quotation marks because it's more like a manifesto. Who monitors this stuff? It starts with an explanation to an unasked question and then just goes on and on and grammatically and spellingly incorrectly on....what gives? Jellis 1975 (talk) 13:02, 18 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
