This article is about one of the most notorious recent projects for the study of the oceans. FMAP has made many contributions to science In fact its director Ram Myers was considered as one of Fortune's magazine top ten people to watch (president Obama was one the the other ten). This article describe FMAP's main idea as well as some of the highlights of the project. The article also provides links to where the papers are located. I seriously recommend to maintain this article in wikipedia.
