Here is the text, as I see:

During the

human rights abuses

by Transnistrian troops. According to witnesses, numbers of local residents have disappeared, and have been found dead, or were kidnapped by the members of the local armed Transnistrian paramilitary. The center of the village has been a witness of vicious fighting and has left scores of civilians killed, wounded and terrorised. Local residents were afraid to move around the village for fear of sniper's bullets. A significant incident has been reported when Transnistrian troops have used a "Muha" rocket weapon on a military vehicle with three passangers of the Moldovan army, that has lost it's way into the Transnistrian-controlled territory in Gâsca. All three people have been killed instantly leaving charred unidentifiable bodies. They were ages 19, 21, and the driver was a bit older. On several occasions, deserting Transnistrian soldiers have broken into the residences of local villagers to avoid persecution of the Transnistrian authorities and threatened the inhabitants.
