Someone has been adding either a by-line or a reference to this article. The last such instance said "By Saylac Sh. Diini, Xarunta Keydka Ummada, Baardheere 2005". I am worried that some text was copied-and-pasted from the source in question; also see

Population and verifiable references
There had been a number of edits to the "Population" section regarding the presence and relative size of various clans in the region. An anonymous editor had included an external link to this PDF file in his or her edit summary. I created citations and references for this document in the article. In a subsequent edit, another editor noted that "I don't think majority are that tribe mentioned. Harti clan members do not live in Gedo." While this may be true, it is not based on a verifiable reference. Please see
]May add this to the "Talk?"
The original creators of this page were Adam Aw Xirsi and Saylac Sh Diini. We didn't choose to be anonymous creators or editors of "Baardheeere" and "Gedo" articles, we simply didn't have a quick way of contacting appropriate Wiki editors or contacs. We set up factual based writing group of four (4) in the summer of 2002. We are disspointed with those who edit our articles with malice. All our subsequent "editing" of Gedo and Baardheere were means of getting rid of errors created by others. We added our names and information center 'Xarunta Keydka Ummadda' as a way of identifying our original work.
If one cares to check who were the oringal creators...We think it will be clear to you that our original material and subsequent error removals speak in the same tone. The disputed section is "The population of Gedo" and the previous estimated population stood at 594,000 back in 1994. Eleven years later, the population is estimated to stand at upwards of 700,000. —The preceding
- You are free to verifiable references for the information you add to Wikipedia. That way, if another editor makes a questionable edit, it would be easier for you or anyone else to point to the reference and restore the verified information. Finally, if you do sign up for your own user account, you will have your own user page where you may describe your motivations for contributing to Wikipedia (or include any other relevant information about yourself). -- Gyrofrog (talk) 20:43, 29 December 2006 (UTC)]
