Goatfish

What kind of fish are they :Goatfishes are tropical marine perciform fish of the family Mullidae.Within the family are approximately six genera and 55 species.

Home : They can be found in the Atlantic, Indian,and Pacific Oceans. They prefer sand bottoms near rocky substrate or coral reef in very shallow water, and are usually found in small groups.

How they look : They are generallycolorful fish with long bodies and forked tails.theyhave spotted goatfish or called the yellow goatfish . Food :Goatfish are scavengers,using the long barbels under their mouths to probe the sand or holein the reef for invertebrates or small fish. When not actively searching for food, the barbels often lay flat against their chins. Goatfish tend to feed at night, and therefore, do best in low-lit aquariums. The diet should consist of chopped clams, brine fish, bloodworms, and prepared foods.

I've renamed the article to Mullus and edited all the genera articles which also said the genus was called goatfish so we now only have one goatfish article (this one). SpinningSpark 13:12, 10 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Sygnathiformes

Why is there no mention of Sygnathiformes in this article? It seems there should at least be a mention of it and a link to the Sygnathiformes page. MonteGargano (talk) 17:19, 10 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
